Ahsel Kent, constructed on 44 hectares of land in Almaty, Kazakhstan is the biggest public housing project of the city. There are a total of 6844 houses in the project. A total of 4 house types were designed. The construction, which began in 2006 at a location about half an hour away from the city center, is expected to be completed by 2010.
The project is a candidate city for future modern lifestyle, sets different life alternatives through different residence types and houses many social facilities within. The project’s sales activities are also coordinated by Ahsel Group.
